Arielle has been practicing yoga and Pilates since she was 16, as part of her training as dancer. She received her BA in Dance from DeSales University with a concentration in Kineseology and Teaching Methods. Arielle went through her teacher certification with Lex Gillian of the Yoga Institute in 2007. Her passion has always been based in building not just a class, but a classroom. “I do not teach any one individual school of Yoga. I believe that all styles are valid and that the spirit of Yoga is prescriptive. Yoke up, and heal what ails you.” Arielle believes that yoga is not just about the individual experience on the mat, but about what we can all learn from each other.

Harry is an experienced horticulturalist that turned into a banker. Yoga brought balance and calm to his world of sales and finance. As an RYT200 he believes that yoga compliments all ways of life and is able to help more than just the physical needs of a person. Since certification by Lex Gillan at the Yoga Institute, he has studied with various teachers, and considers himself a student of Vinyasakrama yoga, in the traditions of Sri T. Krishnamacharya.
