Saturday, February 1; 9 – 11:30 a.m.
Geared towards the inversion curious yogi…
Handstands make me happy. They make my heart sing. In this workshop, I’ll share my love of them with you — fearlessly. I’ll show you everything I know about the balance, strength, flexibility, technique and confidence required to stand on your hands in the center of the room. We’ll also discuss entrance and exit strategies, core work and shoulder work required for happy handstand-ing. It is a complete blast. You will leave higher than a kite and full of joy. We’ll also do partner work, learning to support one another and allow ourselves to receive support.
*In order the enjoy this workshop, you’ll want to be able to kick up into handstand on the wall.
